Our primary tracking service is updated as we receive tracking info from the mail carriers. We also offer a secondary tracking website, which can come in handy for customers living in smaller towns that use local, small delivery service companies.

We always provide standard shipping free on all orders!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment at our processing facility, not the time it takes for the package to arrive at your destination.
Shipping Times - Standard
You will receive an email to confirm your order after it is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive another email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If our facilities receive any updates from your local postal service, you will receive follow-up tracking emails.
Once your package leaves our processing center, we rely solely on the postal service to provide tracking information. We do not have access to any tracking information that you can not already see with the tracking number provided to your email address.
We can always re-send you the tracking email if you mistakenly delete it! Please reach out to our team if you need assistance with this.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is always FREE of charge with every order. We periodically offer expedited shipping, depending on the product and time of year. Expedited shipping will be offered at checkout when available.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking email from us when your order ships!
If you do not receive a tracking notice and have a shipping concern, please send us an email at bigapartmentenergy@gmail.com and include your full name and order number. We can check your shipment and notify you directly.
Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times. October through December is the busiest time for shipping and delays may be expected.
